Well...as you can see, I`m not the best at airbrushing. I start with such a smooth canvas/linen that it needs some tooth to hold my oil paints. Also, I like to cut the whiteness of the substrait. With that done, next comes the first coat that just sets the tone, base colors and makes it so much easier to lay down the 3rd coat. I will usually pass over my pieces 4 times before they are deemed finished. You can zoom in on the pictures hopefully to see what the painting will look like.
